Falcon range cookers continue to be built to the highest standards and are designed to stand the test of time in aesthetics, durability and quality. Every Falcon range cooker is continually assessed to strict quality controls throughout the production process and comes with a 5-year warranty.

Falcon offers a wide range of traditional and contemporary designs across 13 colour options, nickel, chrome or brass fittings and 3 fuel types.

How many options are there in gas range cookers?

Falcon have two choices in gas range cookers with three colours to choose from Black, Cream or Cranberry in 110cm and 90cm however the oven fuel types vary with the size.

Our Falcon Classic 110cm freestanding gas cooker features gas burners, two gas ovens and a separate gas grill. Whilst our Falcon Classic 90cm gas range cooker features the same gas hob and separate gas grill but includes one gas oven and one electric oven. This is a unique feature compared to traditional gas stoves, offering two different fuel options in the double ovens.

What features do the gas hobs include?

The Classic 110cm gas features 6 gas burners including two multi ring burners, whilst the 90cm includes 5 gas burners and one multi ring, perfect for wok cooking or bringing a large pot of water to the boil very quickly. Both sizes are supplied with a non stick griddle plate made from robust cast aluminium which fits snugly on the top of the gas hob when required. The flat plate is ideal for cooking bacon and French toast, while the grooved plate provides fat drainage, offering a healthier way to sear steaks, burgers and fish. Whilst not included standard a wok cradle is available for purchase as an optional extra.

What features do the ovens include?

Our Falcon Classic 110cm gas cooker features two gas conventional ovens which use our special ‘Heatflow’ system. Dishes cooked on the central shelf will cook at the temperature indicated on the knob. Dishes placed above the central position will be cooked at approximately 10 °C higher, dishes cooked below approximately 10 °C lower. You can therefore cook dishes requiring different temperatures at the same time.

How our Falcon Classic 90cm freestanding gas cooker differs is that it offers both a conventional gas oven (with the same ‘Heatflow’ system as the 110cm oven) A fan forced oven means it uses an element at the back of the oven. The fan draws the air from the interior of the oven, heats it up and forces it back into the cavity. The heat within the oven is evenly distributed making it ideal for multiple dishes across different levels (batch cooking or the cooking of different foods at the same temperature).

Both ovens feature a separate glide out gas grill, positioned on smooth-action telescopic runners. Not only is it easier to check up on your food as it’s grilling but it’s also safer as it reduces the risk of pulling the grill out to far.
