Dough for Easy Scrolls
Ingredients
550g self-raising flour
2 tsp baking powder
1⁄4 tsp salt
400g Greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
Method
Place flour, baking powder, salt and yoghurt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a dough hook and knead for 5 minutes until dough comes together and is smooth. Cover and rest for 15 minutes before using. Fill with your favourite toppings or check out our scroll recipes; Smoked cheddar vegemite scrolls or Apple cinnamon scrolls.
Makes 12 scrolls.
