Liebherr’s VarioEnergy Saving Panel (VESP) can be purchased as an optional extra. At any given time if your Liebherr freezer is not being used to its fullest capacity, the VESP can be inserted to maximise energy efficiency. For example if you only have three drawers worth of groceries to freeze, fill up the top drawers and remove the first empty drawer below, inserting the VESP in its place. The freezer then only freezes above the panel, saving energy by not cooling drawers below the panel.
